For all agents contacted please complete the following information. The more information the better. This will help you manage the contact and in the follow up process.

Instructions.

1. Automated actions will only occur from this
submission the agent is assigned to a sequence. The record will the be accessible within Autopilot.

2. If it is a non-referral agent they will be assigned to the sequence after the Inspection Report Link has been sent to them via the form. Click here for this form.

3. The sequence for an agent generally does the following:

 - Send intro email with PDF Overview document
 - Assign a task to mail an Information Pack to them
 - Follow up email to confirm folder was received
 - Assign task for a follow up phone call
 - Reminder to use Discount Voucher if not used

4. You can send them specific emails from their record within Autopilot - Checking the appropriate option at the bottom of their record.

5. To send an agent an intro email and information folder assign them to the sequence - Agent Introduction Sequence.

6. If you are entering agents details after a sales presentation assign them to -Post presentation sequence.

7. If there is a specific follow up required for an agent other than the usual then use the follow up action field. Upon updating this field a task will be assigned to you for this action. Only change this field if there is a specific follow up required.

Example could be:

1. Catch up for a coffee
2. Send information on Mandatory disclosure
3. Send pre-listing flyers
